Charity Of The Month

The FRSC will raise funds and awareness for our designated Charity of the Month, promoting the charity across various platforms and taking donations online and at monthly events. The Charity of the Month program is a way to help community organizations with point-in-time needs outside the annual grant distribution cycle.

If you would like more information about the program or would like to nominate a charity for our Charity of the Month program, please contact our Community Outreach chairperson.

Our February Charity of the month gives us an opportunity to shower some love on an organization here on Fort Riley whose primary focus is on the middle school and high school youth of Fort Riley. Club 1:9 is a youth ministry of Fort Riley supported by our chapels. Club 1:9 exists to reach out to the youth of Fort Riley and provide a safe, fun place for them to make friends and learn about and strengthen their relationship with Christ. They do this through Sunday Night fun nights and Wednesday night Bible Studies. They do additional things like service projects and summer camp and fun meetups for bon fires, Gaga ball, roller skating, etc. We will be accepting monetary donations at the Mardi Gras Luncheon on February 20th, or you can donate using the button below.
